What do we actually do?

We fix and fit plumbing and heating in homes and small commercial properties across Swansea. That covers six core areas: general plumbing repairs, boiler repair and servicing, boiler installation, leak detection, blocked drains and bathroom installation.

• General plumbing repairs: Taps, toilets, radiators, valves and pipework fixed the same day where possible.
• Boiler repair & servicing: Boiler diagnostics, repairs and annual services on all major brands.
• Boiler installation: Combi and system boiler replacements with fixed quotes and manufacturer warranties.
• Leak detection & repair: Non-invasive tracing of hidden leaks under floors, in walls and behind fittings.
• Blocked drains: Sinks, showers, toilets and outside drains cleared with jetting and rodding.
• Bathroom installation: Full bathroom fits, showers and wet rooms, managed from first fix to finish.

Who is it for?

Homeowners, landlords and letting agents in Swansea and Gower. Most of our work is domestic: an older terrace with a leaking valve, a rented flat needing an annual boiler check, a family replacing a bathroom. We also take on small commercial jobs such as cafes, salons and offices within the same area.

What does it cost?

Labour is £65 per hour and there is no call-out fee. Small jobs such as a tap change or a leaking valve usually land between £70 and £140 including parts. Larger work is quoted as a fixed price before we start, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay. All workmanship carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

How do you get started?

Use the quote form on our contact page with your postcode and a short description of the problem. We reply with a price or an arrival window, usually the same working day. We are open Mon–Sat, 7am–8pm.

What we do not do

• We do not work outside Swansea and Gower, and we will say so rather than travel.
• We do not give a final price over the phone without knowing the detail of the job. You get an estimate first and a fixed price once we have seen it.
• We do not sell boilers you do not need. If a repair is the sensible option, we say so.
