What we collect

Your name, contact details, property address and a description of the work you need, plus basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We collect this when you contact us through the enquiry form.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide quotes, carry out and guarantee work, and keep records required by law. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running the business, and legal obligation for accounting and safety records.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: our accountant, parts suppliers or manufacturers for warranty registration, and service providers who host this website. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements, and safety records for as long as required by the relevant regulations.
